We have licensed clinicians that specialize in Marriage and Family Therapy, Substance Use and Mental Health Disorders. Additionally, we are experts in providing services for family members impacted by the devastation of addiction.
SAP Services
If you are looking for a Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) for a work policy or DOT violation we have a qualified clinician with highly specialized SAP credentials on staff. Call to schedule your appointment. Virtual sessions permitted through December 31, 2020.
CONTACT USSubstance Use Disorder Assessments
We have Licensed Addictions and Mental Health Counselors that conduct comprehensive Substance Use Assessments. Our facility adheres to the guidleines defined by the American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM) for Multidimential Assessment. Further, we meet the criteria for .5 and 1 level of service as outlined by ASAM. We are state certified by the Division of Mental Health and Addiction (DMHA) and also meet the requirements to conduct out of state assessments. We accept court-ordered, university referred or voluntary clients. Our S-M-A-R-T® programs (8, 12, 16 and 20 hour) are Indiana state certified.

We create and implement custom mental health and substance use programs for corporatations, univsersities and agencies. From Intensive Outpatient Programs to Wellness & Education Programs for employees, we will custom design a curriculum to meet your needs.
