Agency-Oriented Curricula

About our Programs

State of the Art Substance Use Prevention & Early Intervention Curricula

We believe that everyone is capable of making positive changes in their lives.

In today’s world of advanced technology, social media and overbooked calendars, we need programs that teach skills to deal with real life stressors and how to cope. When we lack skills and understanding about the importance of mental health care, we may look for quick fixes that temporarily take us away from real life. Perhaps with some substance use education, inner reflection, and coping skills for self-care, we’d have less consequences from substance use. Perhaps, even, we would have less people that become addicted to substances.

© Get S-M-A-R-T stands for Synthetics - Marijuana - Alcohol -Recreational -Trouble. We offer a compilation of revolutionary curricula for Prevention & Early Intervention. Programming is available for in-person and virtual classroom use and can be implemented in your agency through a training and user agreement.

How Does it Work?

Planning

Once an agency decides on the program(s) they are interested in licensing, CCH will begin the agency onboarding process.

  • Curriculum purchase

  • Sign training and user agreements

  • Schedule Orientation and training with the Staff that will become the certified Get S-M-A-R-T facilitator.

Training & Certification

1. Schedule one hour Orientation with Staff – this will be delivered virtually.

2. Schedule Staff to “Experience Being the Client” in an 8, 12 or 16 Hr. CCH run Get S-M-A-R-T Program.

3. Once staff members being training have fully read the curriculum and observed the program they will schedule a virtual meeting to meet with a Calla Team member for the purpose of practicing and reviewing curriculum materials.

4. Schedule a time to facilitate at least two activities during a CCH Get SMART virtual program.

5. Staff member becomes a Certified Get S-M-A-R-T Facilitator.

6. Staff member should regularly consult Calla website for updated curriculum materials, facilitator resources, and tips on implementing programs.

Your Options

Participant Take Home Packet (PTHP)

This option is for smaller agencies that may not be running classes every month and would like the option to “pay as you go” through participant handbook orders.

Annual License

This option is for larger agencies that are running consistent classes and would like the flexibility of printing your own participant handbooks.
