Assessment & Counseling
We offer comprehensive Assessments and Counseling Services for Individuals, Couples and Families. For our very popular Telehealth sessions we utilize a HIPAA compliant platform. We have licensed clinicians and trainees that specialize in mental health and substance use disorders. We also have a certified Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) for DOT violations. Additionally, we are experts in providing services for family members impacted by the devastation of addiction.

In-House Education Programs
Get S-M-A-R-T® is revolutionary for substance use therapeutic education. © Get S-M-A-R-T stands for Synthetics, Marijuana, Alcohol, and Recreational Trouble – all things that can grab a foothold of someone’s life. We offer a compilation of curricula for Early Intervention. It comprises of Beginner Education, Intermediate Intervention, and Intensive Interventions for individuals who experience challenges from substances. All classes are certified by the Indiana Office of Court Services (IOCS).

Substance Use Disorder Assessments
We have Licensed Addictions and Mental Health Counselors who conduct comprehensive Substance Use Assessments. Our facility adheres to the guidelines defined by the American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM) for Multidimensional Assessment. Further, we meet the criteria for .5 and 1 level of service as outlined by ASAM. We are state-certified by the Division of Mental Health and Addiction (DMHA) and also meet the requirements to conduct out-of-state assessments. We accept court-ordered, university-referred or voluntary clients. Our S-M-A-R-T® programs (8, 12, 16, and 20 hour) are Indiana state certified. Please use the form below to schedule an assessment.
