Revolutionary Substance Use Interactive Education
If you are a client being referred for our services, before you register for an Assessment or Class, please read the following criteria to determine if you qualify for our pilot program.
Are you 18 or older?
Are you an Indiana resident?
Do you have a Misdemeanor?
Do you have Financial Need?
If you answered YES to all four questions then you qualify for a FREE substance use assessment AND Get S-M-A-R-T® program. Contact us to get started!
Otherwise, use the scheduling page below to select your program, and you will be taken to a separate page where you can complete booking and payment.
Please select the program that fits your needs. Once you register, you will receive an email with electronic paperwork one week before your class. If you have questions or concerns, please contact admin@callacch.com.
Need an AOD Assessment?
Substance Use Assessments are conducted by our Master’s Level Therapists with specific expertise in substance use disorders. Please fill out the form to let us know you’re interested and we will contact you with the next steps!
